Welcome to Starokostiantyniv Agro-Industrial Lyceum.

The aim of our Lyceum is to provide the knowledge and skills its students.  Over the years, this establishment has trained more than 9,000 skilled workers for various sectors of the economy. The highly professional team, which includes excellent students of education of Ukraine, senior teachers, teachers-methodologists, on the basis of modern pedagogical technologies, provides training of students at the level of state standards.

There are clubs: technical creativity, amateur art, sports sections. The social and psychological service is active. Lyceum students annually take prizes in regional subject competitions and contests of professional skills, amateur art. Therefore, the main purpose of engineering and pedagogical staff of the institution is the development of the student’s human personality such as an equal value, capable of living in the rapidly changing conditions of socio-cultural life and professional activity.

The educational process is carried out in the educational building with an area of ​​4700 square meters, which includes: gym, library, reading room, dining room, assembly hall, 9 training workshops, 3 laboratories, 18 classrooms. The lyceum has a dormitory with an area of ​​3585, 5 sq.m. for 450 seats. A presidential-parliamentary republic has been established in the lyceum. The lyceum republic is headed by the president.

Lyceum graduates continue to study at the Kharkiv Engineering and Pedagogical Academy, where they can be enrolled by interview if they graduated with honors, the Ukrainian National Agricultural University, Kyiv Food Academy and other institutions of our country. Many graduates work in our institution and other management positions in the town.

My lyceum has got its history. Vocational school was founded in 1973. The first principal was Pleskan Stanislav Yosypovych. This establishment has had a lot of changes since that time.

In 1984 was the new stage in the development and introduction of innovative technologies in the institution. The level of labor discipline has risen; the school has become one of the leading institutions in the region.

In 1993 under the new economic conditions the number of professions were reduced. But new professions were opened, such as: “Cook. Confectioner”, “Car mechanic”, and “Computer operator.

In 2003 it received the status of a professional lyceum. A psychological service was established in the lyceum, and a new computer class was equipped with 16 new modern computers.

Since 2010 new professions have been opened, course training has been started and two new special technology rooms have been opened.

Working profession – the road to independent life. The lyceum trains the following professions:

1. Manual electric welder; electric welder on automatic and semi-automatic machines.
2. Confectioner
3. Wheel vehicle repair mechanic.
4. Electrician for maintenance of electrical equipment.
5. Line operator in food production
6. Equipment adjuster in food production.

The Lyceum trains highly qualified workers from graduates of General Educational Institutions and the unemployed population according to the directions of the Regional Employment Center.

The State Educational Service (PT) of the “Starokostiantyniv Agro-Industrial Lyceum” is:

during wartime, improving the learning and living conditions of education
beneficiaries, especially from vulnerable population groups, we are ready to
cooperate with charitable foundations and international organizations on
issues related to energy efficiency (insulation, installation of alternative sources of
electricity – solar panels, replacement of heating systems), social protection, and
the use of modern technologies in the educational process.
We are grateful in advance to everyone who responds and helps us overcome the
challenges posed by today’s realities. Our town is famous for around the world due to attacks of drones all time. It was bombed in the first minutes of war. We never thought that such a thing could happen. That’s why we need your help very much.
